Any design, website or support work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline, revisions, ownership and payment terms for that engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Prices, packages and plans shown on the site describe our standard offers. They are not a binding offer or contract. Final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins, and we may update our pricing at any time. Delivery timelines depend on receiving content, access and approvals.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or reserve a start or launch date. Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
The design, text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to DSPTCH Design or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal and business reference. Client names, logos and project images remain the property of their owners and are shown with permission.
Some projects in our portfolio are concepts created by DSPTCH Design to demonstrate our approach. The businesses, people and details shown in concept projects are fictional, and any resemblance to real organizations is unintended.
